By using KitWear.store and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

KitWear sells genuine export-surplus stock. Every item listed is sourced from the same production runs made for international orders — same fabric, same stitching, same quality control. Product photos are representative; minor variations in shade or texture can occur due to batch differences, which is normal for surplus stock.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be modified — please double check size and address details before confirming.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier conditions. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions listed on our Return Policy page. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

6. Limited Stock

Because our inventory is surplus stock, quantities are limited and specific prints, colors, or sizes may sell out permanently and will not be restocked. We recommend ordering promptly once you've decided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of KitWear and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

KitWear is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
